The Hob Montespan Talleyrand restaurant offers you a friendly, aesthetic and tasty cuisine!
Served in dishes that will not leave you indifferent, you will be able to discover and taste specialities from the region in recipes created by the Hob Chef.
Our aim is to tease the three fundamental senses in a culinary experience: smell, sight, taste and to arouse a positive emotion.
Here, local cuisine is Hobtits oignons!
The Hob Montespan Talleyrand restaurant favours short circuits and offers a menu in line with the seasons. At one time or another, you will savour Charroux charolais and mustard, Bourbonnais chicken and lamb, Jaligny turkey, Saint-Pourçain andouillette, Vichy pastilles (yes, we have imagination at the Hob 😋 ), all dishes that you can accompany with a local wine for example.
Three menus just for you:
- The market menu 20€ (2 courses) – 24,90€ (3 courses)
- The seasonal menu at 39€.
- The Taste Me menu at 54€.

At the Hob Montespan Talleyrand, the bar welcomes you to spend a good time with your loved ones, friends or family. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the garden, the patio or the lounge with its many books and board games.
Our menu offers a wide choice of drinks to meet your expectations, but take advantage of our whisky bar produced in the area. Yes, the Hob would not be a Hob without local products, so we have selected local products for you to discover.
The bar is unreserved, so all you have to do is turn up and walk down the steps to the bar.
