The Hob Montespan Talleyrand restaurant offers friendly, aesthetic and delicious cuisine!
Served in dishes that won’t leave you indifferent, you’ll be able to discover and taste regional specialties in recipes created by the Hob Chef.
Our Hobjectiveis to tease the three fundamental senses in a culinary experience: smell, sight and taste, and to arouse a positive emotion.

The Hob Montespan Talleyrand restaurant favors short-distance produce and offers a seasonal menu.
At one time or another, you’ll enjoyCharroux charolais andmustard, Bourbonnais chicken and lamb, Jaligny turkey, Saint-Pourçain andouillette, Vichy pastilles (yes, we’ve got imagination at the Hob 😋 ) – all dishes you can accompany with a local wine, for example. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday from 12 to 1:30pm and from 7 to 9:30pm. The Hob is open all day, so feel free to drop in for tea, coffee or a cold drink at any time of day!
Three menus just for you: The market menu at 18€ (2 courses) – 25€ (3 courses) at lunchtime on weekdays The seasonal menu at 39€ on evenings and weekends.

Welcome to Hob Bar!

Cheers! How about an aperitif before dinner ? A beer to toast the occasion ? A glass of wine to savor ? A digestif to finish the meal? At the Hob Montespan Talleyrand, the bar welcomes you for a good time with your loved ones, friends or family. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the garden, the leafy patio or the lounge with its many books and board games. Our à la carte menu offers a wide choice of beverages to suit all tastes, but don’t forget to take advantage of our locally-produced whisky bar. And yes, the Hob wouldn’t be a Hob without local produce, so we’ve selected local products for you to discover. The bar is reservation-free, so all you have to do is turn up and walk down the steps to the bar.
