Nestled in the heart of the Haute-Loire forests, this Hob welcomes you in a peaceful atmosphere, where nature meets gourmandise.
Hob ‘Chef Jorys and his brigade have concocted a generous menu, between land and sea:
Let yourself be tempted by the freshness of a tartar of gambas with tangy flavors, or prefer the finesse of a beef tataki with Asian accents.
For the main course, succumb to a rosy veal knuckle accompanied by a delicate new garlic mousseline, or go for a lobster served with venerated rice and a creamy bisque.
All this concludes with an elegant dessert, a raspberry revisited with red pearls, not forgetting the surprise reserved for all mothers.

This time, we’re heading for the pure Savoy air! Immerse yourself in the village of Orelle and enjoy mountain views from our magnificent terrace.
Our Hob’Chef Florent has also devised a menu to awaken your taste buds:
For starters, choose between a light asparagus espuma or a subtly perfumed salmon gravelax.
For main courses, let yourself be comforted by a ballotine of poultry with forestry sauce and pommes grenailles, or opt for a filet of Saint-Pierre with sorrel sauce and rice pilaf.
For dessert, let your heart speak between a citrus pavlova and a sweet rose panna cotta.
