The story began when Franck Le Roux, Emmanuelle Rome and Sophie Peyres met with a shared desire to revitalize rural areas with a new tourism and leisure offering.
Franck’s expertise and pugnacity, Emmanuelle’s rigor and optimism, and Sophie’s entrepreneurial and creative spirit have led to the ingenious creation of Evi Hob and her model.
We created the Hob to create unforgettable moments through an innovative and immersive experience for travelers in search of authenticity.
