Mélanie and Baptiste, hobergeurs, warmly welcome you to the hob, between heaven and earth, which dominates the St Bonnette valley between Vivarais and Velay. Mélanie will undoubtedly know how to pamper you with her team of j’hobeurs to make you live an unforgettable experience. As for Baptiste, he will make your taste buds dance and sing! Hob chef, Baptiste will offer you an authentic gastronomic cuisine, cooked mainly with local products.
At the Hob Fort du Pré, as in all our hobs, you will feel at home. So much so that coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available all day long.
