This is how the Hob Fort du Pré was born, set in the multicolored, seasonal landscape of Saint-Bonnet le Froid, a mecca for regional gastronomy and on the edge of the Ardèche high plateaux with their restful, gourmet, relaxing and rejuvenating horizons. An ideal location for lovers of authentic nature!
Facing the intoxicating panorama of the Haute-Loire, the flowers of the fields of the Hob Fort du Pré invite you to relax! Here, gourmet interludes, family getaways, romantic weekends, spa stays and poolside relaxation rhyme with pure air and nature.
The Hob Fort du Pré is more than just a place to stay, it’s also a place where locals come to have a drink, nibble on local tapas, have lunch or dinner out, take part in events, collaborate. It’s the place to be! At any time of day, you’re welcome. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t spend 5 minutes, 1 hour, a day or a whole holiday in the Hob.

The Hob restaurant offers an aesthetically pleasing and tasty cuisine made with local produce. Here, everything is homemade!

Although swimming is not the main activity at Saint-Bonnet le Froid 😛 From June onwards, the Hob swimming pool offers an incredible view of nature.
at the bar
Every 3rd Thursday of the month, the team organizes "Happy Time", featuring a particular wine. But the bar is open all day for everyone 🍷

Why not take a dip in the indoor pool or enjoy the bubbles in the Jacuzzi, or the comforting warmth of the sauna overlooking nature 🌸
We also offer massages on reservation.

To make your time even more enjoyable, we provide games of all kinds: billiards, table soccer, wooden games, board games, ping pong 😀

Mélanie, the hobergeuse, warmly welcomes you to Le Hob, between heaven and earth, overlooking the St-Bonnette valley between Vivarais and Velay. Mélanie and her team of j’hobeurs are sure to pamper you and make your stay an unforgettable experience. Mélanie is accompanied by the Hob’rigade, responsible for making your taste buds dance and sing, and offering authentic cuisine, cooked mainly with local produce.
At Hob Fort du Pré, as in all our Hobs, you’ll feel right at home. So much so that coffee, tea and hot chocolate are self-service throughout the day.
